高強度循環運動

高強度循環運動（ High-Intensity-Circu­it-Training ，簡稱HICT ）

此組7分鐘科學運動，是由12組動作結合而成，不需要任何器材，只需要一張椅子和一面牆即可，且隨時地都可訓練。

動作訓練須知

• 每個動作必須持續進行30秒，訓練次數為15-20次（可依個人情況調整）。
• 每完成一個訓練動作後必須休息10秒，然後再進行下一組動作。
• 完成12個動作為一組，約7分鐘可完成一組動作，但不是只做一輪就收工了，要做2─3輪。
