豉油王雞翼
材料:
雞中翼10隻
蔥、薑、蒜粒少許
老抽3湯匙
豉油3湯匙
水3 - 6湯匙(鍾意食濃淡自行決定)
冰糖一舊
白酒少許
做法:
1. 煲滾水後,放中間翼先飛水(七成熟)後再放在水喉啤水一分鐘去油份;
2. 將所有醬汁材料放在煲內煲至滾起,放雞翼再滾起後熄火浸半個鐘;
